Version 2 available to download

You can now download a copy of JDMC version 2. Expect this version to change often as it's not yet finished - but it seems important to get it out there as soon as possible as it contains three new sections to cover topics that some readers have asked me about. There are also corrections, additions and rewritten parts in the existing sections, and I've added many more active links for those reading on screen (both online and the downloaded PDF).

There are now twelve sections.

Introduction - Minor improvements.

Working together in six ways - This outlines the Forgotten Ways and aims to stimulate thought. Renamed and with minor improvements.

One - Jesus at the Centre - Renamed and with minor improvements.

Two - Becoming disciples - Renamed and with minor improvements.

Three - Outward and integrated - Renamed and with minor improvements.

Four - Gifts for building - Renamed and with minor improvements.

Five - A living organism - Renamed and with minor improvements.

Six - More than community - Renamed and with minor improvements.

The work of the Spirit - This is a new section outlining how the Holy Spirit acts as we move in each of the six Forgotten Ways.

The APEST gifts - Another new section, this time introducing a little more detail. Four - Gifts for building focuses mainly on the apostolic gift. Some readers asked for more on the remaining gifts.

Other church leaders - The third new section explains something about the nature of bishops, elders and deacons. Again, some readers have wondered about this.

Last words - Minor improvements.
